1. Who we are

2. What we collect and why

When you contact us. If you email or call us, we process the details you share with us, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use them to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare or perform a contract with you or your company. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).

When you visit this website. Our hosting provider processes technical data that every web request contains, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure, working website).

3. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and does not load content from third-party services.

4. Who receives your data

We use service providers that process data on our behalf: our email and office software provider and our website hosting provider. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, the transfer is protected by an EU adequacy decision (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle it and any follow-up business relationship. Where correspondence becomes part of a contract or accounting records, we keep it for the periods required by Bulgarian law. Technical access logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email hello@pineconeengineering.com.
